Kid’s Zone

The children’s ministry of New Salem Baptist Church,
KID’S ZONE, would like to welcome you to our church and share some information with you about the programs we offer for your children.
We have lots of quality programs set up as “construction sites”. These sites are all tools to help us achieve our purpose of building each child’s life into the kingdom through salvation, and building it up for the sake of the kingdom through worship, discipleship, and service. Please join us at any of the construction sites! If you need any additional information or have any questions concerning our church family and its ministries, please contact me directly. Sunday AM
Sunday School
9:30am – 10:30am
Sunday School provides an opportunity for kids to learn and grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ in a small group setting. We have classes for K-1st, 2nd-3rd, and 4th-5th.
Kid’s Church
10:45am – 12:00pm
A children’s worship service exists to lead kids to worship the Lord with their hearts, minds, and souls. Children can participate in worship through skits, drama, music, & more. Check-in takes place in the Welcome Center.
Sunday PM
AWANA
5:15pm – 7:00pm
Awana (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) Clubs provide children with a fun approach to learning God’s word through clear, consistent presentations of the gospel, scripture memory, and Awana circle games. See our AWANAs page for more info.
Wednesday PM
Wild and Wacky Wednesdays
Children in Kindergarten thru Third grade participate in a mini-VBS each week! Kids will learn about Christ through Bible lessons, crafts, music, games, computers and more!
